Rosener's Inn, Park Hills

The worst place to stay! Checked in around 10pm,,was woke up at 11:30pm,,,with loud music in the next room,and nobody was in the room.It had less then half roll of toilet paper!!!!!...One piece of kleenex tissue,,,All kind of dead bugs in the tub!!!!!!!!!!! I checked out 11:30pm that night,I was charged $50 for that room ,they only gave me back $17,,,wow got riped off!!!!!!..Most places would refund your money,,are give you another free night NOT THEM!!!

Just had THE WORST dining experience of my LIFE at Rosener's restaurant in Park Hills, Missouri. I was served the nastiest tasting steak I have EVER tried to eat. I wouldn't even swallow the one bite I tried, that's how bad it was! I took it out of my mouth! The owners wife was then the rudest, nastiest, most hateful b*tch I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. AVOID ROSENER'S AT ALL COSTS! NO customer service at all, accused us of trying to get out of paying the bill when we ask to have the PUTRID steak taken off the bill. Horrible, terrible experience! The hostess stood at the food bar discussing mucus, pus and the diseases she's being treated for!

I stayed at the hotel a few years back and I agree with the reviews I read, but I just stayed there and it's totally different now. The buffet was great, the hot food hot and cold food was cold. Not only that but the room was clean, the grass was mowed, no trash lying around anywhere. I absolutely loved it.......reminds me of being in the country. I believe that Rosener's must have overhauled their staff and got people who want to work and they were very courteous. Way to go Rosener's.......absolutely love your improvements. Will always check out Rosener's before going anywhere else.

Excellent food and what a variety!!!! Staff was super efficent and friendly.

I stayed at Rosener's a few years ago when I drove my mother from Memphis to visit the area where she grew up, which is not that far from Farmington. After stopping at several hotels and hearing their steep prices for a room, someone recommended Rosener's to us--I'm glad they did! It was great--VERY reasonable rates, terrific breakfast buffet (wasn't that nuts about the dinner menu, though), friendly staff, and a very convenient location to all the places we wanted to go. I plan to make more trips in the future to that part of Missouri, and will definitely be staying at Rosener's again. What a great find!
