Best Western Branson Inn and Conference Center, Branson West

It is the perfect location for those wanting to be close to Silver Dollar City. The continental breakfast was wonderful and had many options to choose from (which is a must when traveling with two children). The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean.

We were treated very nicely during our stay, the room we were in was clean, and all the hotel personnel were very nice and helpful. I would certainly consider visiting there again. It is the closest hotel to Silver Dollar City, and has a free shuttle to the park. A large nice indoor swimming pool. Chuck Stone

I booked through hotels.com and I always read the reviews. For this hotel there were 18 reviews and they were all positive! I was so impressed! The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on in a hotel and I especially loved the satin or whatever kind of bed spread it was, it wasn't those all itchy cotton ones! The indoor pool was large and just the perfect temperature and the hot tub were so relaxing! I expected that there would be more people using the pool and hot tub with it being Labor Day weekend, but there wasn't and the times that I was there I practically had the pool and hot tub to myself, which was awesome! The hotels.com website said a deluxe continental breakfast which I figured would be a better assortment of bagels/muffins or cereal, I was not expecting a hot bar with biscuits and gravy, waffles and French toast, sausage, what a surprise! Every hotel should offer this type of breakfast because it gets people off to good start when they can get a good hot breakfast before they start out their day! My check in time was 3:00, but I arrived to the hotel about 2:10 and didn't know if I could check in that early or not, but the lady as the front desk was so friendly and said absolutely I could check in because my room was ready! Then I read in the guest book that a late checkout time could be requested so I called and asked for a late checkout, which the lady at the front desk said would be 1:00, giving me an extra two hours, I ended up checking out around 12:00, but I thought that was especially nice to offer that to the guests! Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful with a smile on their faces, even the housekeepers I met in the hall smiled and said hello! This was by far the best hotel experience I have had in Branson and I will defiantly be staying again!!

The front desk staff were very nice. The room was nice. We are allergic to fragrance and the room wasn't all perfumey as so many hotels/motels are. There was a nice breakfast--eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee, biscuits and gravy, hot water for tea, and more. We stayed there primarily because it offers a free shuttle ride to Silver Dollar City. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again. There was a pool so next time my husband plans to bring his swimsuit.

We loved the warm indoor pool and the shuttle to and from Silver Dollar City. Close to everything in Branson but no trafic from here. Loved it.

my family has stayed here two times now. It has been the best place for us. Great people and great service. Everyone was GREAT to us! i recommend anyone to stay here. and its in a great place. You are very close to Silver Dollar City!
