Wish we had spent the entire weekend there !!!!

We loved it. The room was gorgeous. We didn't even mind the handicapped room. The casino and the food was delicious. I will be returning. Can't wait til summer. The pool looks amazing.

Looking forward to our next trip
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/30/09
We loved this hotel and casino. The room was great, had a great view of the ocean from the great balcony and the beds were very comfortable was very surprised by the comfort of the beds. The bathroom was gorgeous, loved the deep tube only thing I would change in there would be to put the TV with a swing arm so you could view the TV from the bathtub. Had a great time at the casino and the buffet restaurant was great with a view of the pool. Can't wait until our next trip there would recommend this anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable time. Was very much worth the price was at a great price also.

Great room
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/25/09
We had a great room with gulf view private balcony which is nice with a morning cup of coffee. The buffet had every thing we needed or wanted and is very close to the elevator. The location was good because we weren't to close to heavy traffic areas. The beds were extremely comfortable with i guess as pillowtop mattresses. The service was very friendly and was obvious because they were ready to help us as soon as we pulled up. I wished they still had the casino in the pirate ship it seem to make it a little crowded. We had a great time and when we go back to Biloxi we will stay here. Thank you Treasure Bay.

A true gem on the Gulf Coast!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/24/09
We stayed at Treasure Bay for a 4 day weekend and we FELL IN LOVE with this property! It is a great location - away from all of the big, glitzy, crazy casinos on the other end of Beach Blvd. We loved our room, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was outstanding with a walk in tiled shower and a plasma tv! The casino was the perfect size and had a good variety of slots and table games. We would visit Blu every night for a martini and just adored the atmosphere up there! The pool is gorgeous with an infinity edge and pool bar that serves drinks and the most delicious brick oven pizzas. It is kind of difficult to get a spot at the pool on a Saturday unless you are down there bright and early - not too many lounge chairs available for the size hotel/pool it is. There are only 3 cabanas which they need WAY more than that or at least some umbrellas for shade in the 90 degree heat. The pool bar is closed Mondays and Tuesdays along with CQ (the fancy restaurant on the top floor) which irked me somewhat. If you are a casino resort - you need to have everything open 7 days a week. All in all, great property for a great price in a cute little area of the Gulf that is rebounding from Katrina. We are already planning a return trip in late September!

Awful Customer Service and very rude..
By Wayne, 06/09/09
We had a 3 day stay, But after dealing with there very rude dealing staff and management we choice to leave and head to HardRock Cafe. HardRock was awsome and people were very nice. The rooms were cleaner and the price was equal of Treasury Bay. Had a blast in the casino they have great black jack and Poker tourneys under 60 dollars.

Treasure Bay Thiefs
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/22/08
My husband made a business stay reservation at Treasure Bay and never made it to MS before the hotel staff started treating him with disrespect and rudeness. His company asked him to change his plans somewhat and when he tried to cancel the reservation they told him they would charge the full room rate even though he wasn't going to stay there. He tried to explain this was a company decision not his and they started getting rude. Rules are made to be broken due to unforseen circumstances but obviously not at Treasure Bay where they would rather steal peoples money. Upon looking at our banking information they have charged even more than the room rate which I intend to disbute with our bank. I will do all in my power to make sure any family we have traveling to see us NEVERS goes to that hotel as well as post everywhere I can that they are crooks. Oh and all this on top of the fact they were not going to give him his company's property that had been left for him at their front desk. Needless to say he did not stay there and will be informing his company (who sends hundreds of people a week out traveling) that this is a non business friendly hotel.

We stayed here for our family vacation with a 3 and 5 year old. Great rooms and service. Buffet was awesome and great price. We loved the way that everything (buffet, pool, casino) was close in proximety to each other. We are going back end of June!!

Serurity staff made stay like prison
By Amanda, 06/24/08
The hotel was beautiful extremly nice rooms, bathrooms were amazing with stand up shower, and the pool was awesome. That is where the hotel stopped for me. Everytime you walked into the hotel you were hasseled by a "rent a cop" security staff asking to see your lisence or your room key. This went on every single time we entered the Treasure Bay where payed good money to stay at. Before we could even get 2 steps in the door we were asking to put our camera in the room. Keep in mind you do NOT have to walk through the casino to get to the rooms so this was unnecessary. After going to the pool I was walking to my room and a maid came out of one of the room and as I walked by said "wow wet t-shirt contest". I was appauld at this point. The next morning I went down to buy some headache medicine from the gift shop that wasn't open yet. When I asked the security woman that was ready to see my license just for walking around the hotel; for any she just starred at me and said there closed. So I went to the front desk where I asked the lady if they had any back there I could buy. Knowing that they had some sort of first aid kit. she didn't look up from her computer and said the gift shop opens in 20 minutes... I almost came over the counter. I assume this town is mostly toured by older people and when they saw mid 20's people come in they immediatley thought we were going to be able to use there can of mase or something. In my opinion a hotel should cater to there guest and this hotel came so far from that. It is a shame they have staff this way because the hotel is beautiful. But I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Security made this feel far from a vacation but like a prison. I wouldn't return!
