Quality Inn Emerald Beach, Biloxi

WE loved the breakfast, the pool and the beach. WE stayed in the suite last year we were there in June 2005. My grandchildren felt at home and loved being there for many years. After Katrina we had to find another place to vacation. It was sad when we drove by and did not recognize the area. My grandchildren loved being at Emerald Beach. They learned to swim in the pool, build sandcastles on the beach, catch hermit crabs, and they met many friends. It was a great place for families. We hope you will be back for next summer.

The staff was not to helpful. My husband and I are diamond elite members and treated bad. The first thing was that the lady at the front desk put us into a smoking room without asking preference. When we went back the only thing she could say was "But it is a smoking room". We asked for a upgrade and she still put us in the same size room anyway. Now on to house keeping..... They came to our door the first time we declined service. Then there were three more times after that the same house keeper wanting to get into our room. Not much on privacy. The bathroom and bathtub was filthy.

I took my mother to Biloxi as a Mother's Day special getaway trip. We stayed at the Quality Inn for 4 nights and at a lot pricier casino hotel for one night. We both liked the Quality Inn much more. The room was just as comfortable and it was easier getting to the pool(right outside our door),to the beach, and we were still within walking distance to a casino(a beautiful walk along the beach). I would definitely stay there each and every time I visit Biloxi.

Convenient to Convention Center,resturants, tourist sites. Rear (ocean facing) rooms are very quiet and great view. Staff friendly and helpful. Always our choice when we are in Mississippi Gulf region.

I have loved this hotel since I was a little girl. Of course it's changed owners a few times since then, but it's still the same. My family and I went last year in late August 2004 and brought my 2 year old. He loved the pool. Couldn't get in the water though because it was jellyfish season. My family and I hope that it is still there. Haven't found anything on the web about its condition. Loved it!

Great hotel for families to stay, especially with small children. Each room has a micro. and ref. for your convenience. Also, it sits along the beachside, so crossing the road with the children. My family and I really enjoyed our 4-day trip to Biloxi and most of all our stay at the Emerald Beach Inn.

Stayed from Friday through Sunday. They have rooms that face the beach. Very nice and quiet. Rooms are clean. A little pricey, but we will be back.
