The Hotel was really nice & staff was friendly..Quiet Room..The shuttle bus to & from Casino was very handy, every 15 minutes...The negatives were...The rooms need a small frig. & microwave....The parking lot has some trees & every night we were there thousands of them come in to roost & poop all every car...They did have a water hose available but not good enough....had to go to car wash both mornings...they should give vouchers for car wash, or get rid of birds....Also while we were there the pool had a problem & we had to drive down to rv park to swim...a major inconveneience for the money we paid....Overall, I would give it a B

Ameristar Hotel is a must stay while in Vicksburg! The staff was wonderful!!! The room was gorgeous and very clean! We can't wait to go again. The bed felt just like home. Breakfast was the best ever! We have never been you happy at a hotel before.

The lobby of the hotel was beautiful. The hostess was very nice and very helpful. We had a blast at the casino. Very friendly service.

Were treated as family during our evacution from hurricane Katrina. They could not of been more helpful and friendly. They took care of all of our needs. We stayed there for 5 weeks and really became part of their family. Many thanks for your kindness.

We really enjoyed our visit at the Ameristar Hotel in Vicksburg. It was our first stay there and we will be returning. Our room was so clean and relaxing. I have stayed at other hotels in vicksburg, but none compared to Ameristar. The service was so nice. The shuttle to the Casino made the trip so easy, due to not having to drive and try to find a parking place. The hotel is convenietly located to everything. We enjoyed walking down town and just being able to visit the many sites available in Vicksburg.

My family and I was allowed to stay at your hotel after we was displaced due to Hurricane Katrina. Our stay at your establishment was very pleasant. Although we was not regular paying guest, we was treated just as so or even better. Thanks for your hospitallity and kindness during our time of distress.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was excellent for the price. The casino was clean and most importantly little cigarette smoke. The location is easy access to the interstate for out of town guest. I would highly recommend you at least visit the casino one time. BB

The food was wonderful! It was well worth the price. I feel that the buffet was way better than on the Gulf Coast. The entertainment in the cabaret was Rob Caudill (Rod Stewart Tribute. Before I saw him, I thought I was actually hearing Rod Stewart, and when I saw him, he looked like a young Rod Stewart. My first trip and I won $500.00 - first time ever walking out with a win! I will be going back.

Having been several times, I can tell you firsthand how fresh and delicious their all-you-can-eat Steak & Seafood Buffet is. Honestly, the buffet is the only reason why I go to this casino. Gambling is not recommended by me.

Service in our case was the best.In fact we forgot our pillows and once contacted they where shipped to our ontario address at no charge. Also had a good dinner& breakfast from on. canada
