IÂ´ll definitely stay there again

Very very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very quiet and clean. If you didnÂ´t bring your own computer, thereÂ´s a computer with internet access and printer in the lobby for free use. Free shuttle to the Airport and Mall of America (both are very close). Great complimentary breakfast (cereals, bagels, toast, coffee, tea, juices, fruits...). Huge whirlpool and a small but clean workout room. The stay was definitely worth the money. I will recommend this place to others.

Stay away unless you like showering in CROCS!!!!

This place looks nice in the photos but don't be fooled. It is a filthy, disguisting place. First room i was checked into had a soaked floor, booze smell and broken bed. Front deskk was curteopus and moved me across the hall but what they should of done was move me out. The room looked okay at first but when we went into the bathroom, it was evident this place is dirty. I had to shower in my CROCS because the tub was sticky. The others I travelled with refused to shower in there at all. I highly recommend you go somewehre else and don't be fooled by their Low price, it isn't worth it at all!!!!!

A great value for your money

We stayed for one night only, choosing the hotel for the convenience of a shuttle to the airport. The hotel exceeded our expectations for a clean and nice accommodation for the price. The breakfast facility is also really nice with ample seating and good choice of items including fruits, toasts, muffins and cereals. The room was nice size and very clean and the beds were great.The staff including the shuttle driver were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back to this hotel when we visit the area.

Expected more from Staff

We stayed here one night before our early flight. The room was great, the value was great, the problem was the teenagers across the hall. We called the front desk staff 4 times with noise complaints. Finally at 4 AM my fiance went and took care of it himself.

Goob basic lodging

Convenient airport (MSP) shuttle service. Adequate complimentary breakfast if you only need a light amount of nutrition. Free Internet access and one computer terminal with printer.

What a relief!

We stayed at the Super 8 after canceling the remainder of our reservations at a horrible motel in Maplewood. The front desk was very helpful. I asked to look at the room prior to committing to staying for 2 nights to avoid another disaster. Smoking floor smelled stale but that's to be expected. I had asked for a fridge (for a $5/night fee)but when we checked in there wasn't one. I was told that they were all in use and I wouldn't be charged. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay again in the future!

Stayed here once and won't go back. The rooms were dirty. There was hair all over the place mold in the tub. The next day I was miserable because of my allergies. I guess we got the room that they allow pets in because we could smell it even though we were specific about that when we made our reservatios. We heard alot of good things about them so we decided to give them another try. We told them this too, thinking okay maybe they'll make sure our room is clean then, right?? Nope we didn't even get a room first they were gonna call us back because they were buisy with someone and never did. so we called them back, they were rude and didn't have any clue as to what was going on. Guess they really don't care!

Great staff, good price, very helpful. A bargain, and in better condition than I had expected, especially for the price and location. Close to the Mall and the airport.

WOW! Great Hotel!

Service was excellent - not what I would expect from a Super 8. Rooms were great, staff was great, lots of extras! I was impressed from my arrival until I checked out. I will definately stay again.

I liked the room set up, cleanliness, how friendly everyone was and were also very accommodating. Breakfast was much more than expected, very good and the hours were truly for people on vacation and wanted to sleep a little later. I really appreciated the 24 hr. airport shuttle service.
