Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport Mall of America, Minneapolis

THE WASHROOMS WERE VERY SMALL,SEEMED LIKE AN AFTERTHOUGHT. A SMALL CARTON OF MILK FOR A LATE NIGHT SNACK WAS 3 DOLLARS[1/2 PINT] A LITTLE STEEP.LOCATION TO THE MALL OF AMERICA AND IKEA WAS EXCELLENT. BEWARE THOUGH IF YOU ARE NOT DRIVING THERE ARE NO CONVENIENCE STORES NEAR AT ALL.

The location was excellent for the family. Staff was very helpful with information on the Mall of America and Wildlife Refuge. Shuttle service was a huge convenience during our stay. The room was remarkable and the view of the Mississippi River was breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool and the movies/video games in the room. I highly recommend this Hotel!!!!!

They provided excellent customer service. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of running trails and services close by.

Once again I had the chance to stay at this great hotel. Love the rooms. Love the beds and pillows. Love the location. Great running trails and workout room. Overall I would stay here again without a hesitation.

The Sales staff did not follow-up or take interest in my event. Phone calls were not returned and there was little concern for the importance of my event. Also - no one followed-up after the event to ask how things went...

I really don't know what was going on the week I was there....but only one out of 3 elevators were working at the time, the pool was out of order, and the a/c seemed not to be working at all. It seemed to be cooler outside than in the hotel, especially at night. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, and since my roommate did not smoke, I did have to go outside. That was fine. However, I did not enjoy watching the mice dart out from behind potted plants and scurry into the small garden in front of the hotel. I asked about the internet connection in the room and was told it was 10.00 a day, but was free internet access in the lobby, which did not make sense. Local calls cost a dollar? Needless to say, I could not do business from my room in privacy. The food in the restaurant was very, very good, compliments to the chef. However, could not get waited on the next morning after being seated, so had to leave so not be late for the meeting that morning. Upon checking out....girls were just standing around, checked out someone that was behind me. how did that happen? With a name like Hilton, you would think they would have the best. I have stayed in other hotels, whose prices were lower and didn't have to pay for local calls or internet access, and no mice have been seen on the premisis of the lower priced hotels.

The bathroom is much to small.There was no kleenex provided in the bathroom. We had to ask for it.We were very disappointed that they did not have a continental breakfast.All the Hamptons provide a very nice continental breakfast. We had the Breakfast buffet in the restaurant, and felt it was overpriced.
