Nice and clean, but rooms do need more light (which is a common hotel problem). Staff is courteous. Room service for breakfast was late and missed once. Food in restaurant is good and service is adequate. I will stay here again, but realize that the Midwest friendliness is lacking. Hotel has Fox News Channel.

Great Value

My family & I stayed at the Holiday Inn Burnsviile and what a great experience, from the very friendly and accomodating staff to the newely renovated lobby. WOW!

Lack of Customer Service

The staff could care less who you are. No one told me where my room was and when I checked in the lady at the front desk took my info and then did not say a single more word to me. She was too involved in her convo with a co-worker. The manager offered me a discount for a future stay but could not provide that in writting, so needless to say my 20 room wedding party reservation will not be there.

Holiday Inn Burnsville

my family stayed recently at the Holiday Inn, Burnsville Minnesota on September 24th,2004. The hotel was very nice. The staff in every area was very accommodating and friendly. They have a great restaurant/loungethat we all enjoyed.Their guest rooms were also very clean. They must have recently had a renovation because the rooms furnishings and carpet looked new. The indoor pool and hot tub were great for my kids to enjoy. When we come back to the Minneapolis area again, we will surely stay at this hotel again. It seems they are the place to stay when in Burnsville. All the other hotels in the area are only the limited service type that cant compare.Overall, a great hotel.
