What more could you ask for. Resionable prices, friendly staff, remodled rooms, exceptional pool and hot tub area. Used room service to the Green Mill right in the hotel and had excellent food. Guest service was amazing. There is nothing in the world that would not make me come back. Hope youe experience there will be as wonderful as ours

The only positive thing about this motel is the shuttle service and the great drivers. This motel is dirty, dirty, dirty. We wouldn't even use the chair in the room for the "stains". The plug ins were ccvered in dirt and they didn't even empty our coffee pot on the second day. Shame shame shame. Very expensive for what you get.

For the price this was an excellent value. The hotel had a hot tub, sauna, indoor pool, and classy restaurant. Our room could have been cleaner, but was up to date as far as furnishings.

I like this hotel, have stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are pretty clean and comfortable and the location is great. The pool area is decent, but the only thing I really don't care for is even though the hot tub is situated close to the pool, you cannot enter it from the pool area (there is a fence in between!) so you have to go out the gate, into the hall, and around the corner to enter the hot tub. This makes no sense to me at all. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the place. :)

I would rate this hotel as poor overall. The housekeeping staff we encountered at this hotel did not speak English and did not seem to understand much of it either. We needed extra towels and I had to point at the towels and use my fingers to indicate the number we needed. The shuttle driver we had also did not speak English well but did seem to understand. When we tried to use the pool, hot tub, and sauna we were very disappointed. The pool was pretty small and very crowded. The water in the hot tub was brownish and stained my son's swim trunks and the sauna was broken with the knobs removed. We had to ask again at the front desk for pool towels after no one brought them for over an hour. The floor in our room felt dirty and their was garbage in the garbage cans. We were in a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor and the smoke was noticible in our room. When I made the reservations, we were told that this hotel was adjacent to the Mall of America, when in reality it is about 5 miles away to the Southwest. I was also told that it offered continental breakfast which is a high priority with my teenagers and it does not. All in all we were pretty unhappy with the stay.
