Best Western Bemidji Inn, Bemidji

In a good situation for getting out and about in the area but not for a prolonged stay. Placed on a busy intersection the rooms were quite noisy, so it was endure the aircon or roast because you couldn't have the window open. Although the bed was comfortable and clean the room (along with the rest of the hotel) gave the impression that it could benefit from a thorough vacuum! It appeared, however, that the hotel was about to undergo some renovation as building materials were being stored under the open plan stairs and several large cardboard boxes were in the lobby.The small dining area, where the included continental brakfast was served, looked as though it had recently been refurbished. A slow. old computer was avaiable for guests to access the internet but this was located in a small room along with the ice machine and the guest laundry facility. Downtown Bemidji was a short drive away for dinner, however the Chinese Buffet next door provided excellent food at a very good price.
