BEST WESTERN Park Heights Inn & Suites, Cuero

It was very clean and well-appointed. Nice pool area large game room.

First and foremost we would definitley go back. We got a great price on a special they were running, it was a regular room a queen bed and a pull out sofa with the 42" inch plasma that was nice. We recieved 4 passes to the waterpark, a large pizza and 4 pops for dinner plus a full breakfeast. (which the food was very good and very well prepared) All that for $125.00 that was a great deal my family had a great time.. Plus we compared prices at nearby indoor waterparks such as Bavarian in Frankenmuth, and Splash Universe in Dundee, I have heard the waterparks are a little better but for the price Sterling Inn was a great deal. The other parks were all wanting over $200.00 for the same thing. The only downfall was the people the service was mediocre at best. I called ahead to see if we could ck in early they said yes after 12 noon they would have rooms available, that was nice as normal checkinn is 3 pm we checked in about 1pm and headed up to our room, we open the door on the people who had stayed the night before as you can understand I was quite embarressed, and went back to the front desk and let them know they moved us to another room which was cleared and cleaned. then we went down to the bar to have a drink and the service at the bar was slower than molasses (in the winter) we all ordered at the same time, then she brought out my drink then went back and brought out my wife;s drink and then went back to doing what ever she was doing and forgot the kids drinks we had to remind her. after that we headed down to the waterpark and had a great time the lifeguards were all around the pool and the pool area was very clean and well maintained, so about 6 pm we decide to get our pizza and we go to order and the lady says were is your pizza ticket. well the lady at the front desk never gave us our pizza pass or breakfeast pass so we had to walk all the way down to the front desk to get our passes. went back the pizza was good and came out fast. The next morning we went down for our breakfest and guess who our waitress was yep you got it it was the same slow lady we had the day prior. Well our drinks came out alot quicker this time, and we were able to order right away, and when the food came out it was great and prepared very nicely, oh yeah all of us had drank our drinks before the food came out, not that it took long we were just thirsty, but low and behold our drinks were never refilled or were we ever asked.... but over all if you could joke about the mishaps which we did.. YOU WILLL AND WE DID HAVE A GREAT TIME... HONESTLY THIS WAS NOT A COMPLAINT REVIEW MORE OF A HELPFUL HINT TO THE HOTEL.

I wanted to get away with my two small children (6 and 2) for Spring Break at last minute. So I booked one night. We loved it. So we ended up staying a second night. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. The boys loved the waterpark. I liked the little park for my two year old who felt independent. It was a great time and we plan to go back soon and bring a whole group. The price was resonible.

A perfect get away for those winter time blues! We spent most of our time at the water park. We loved the wide variety of ways to play in the pool. The whirlpool was the best!

Dirty, worn-out, shoddy rooms. Poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and bad management. Our "upgraded" room that we recieved after complaining was better at first sight, but had stained sheets that looked as if they had not been changed, burns in the carpet, standing water in the tub, and peeling wallpaper. My experience here was awful!

I stay in Detroit, MI. Even though Sterling Heights is not the distant from Detroit it was still nice to come here and just have fun with my husband and our 3 year old daughter. The indoor water park is what really brought us here. My daughter left with a smile on her face. I was happy with the fitness center and the room service.
