Won't go back!

The first room I was assigned had stained sheets. I went back down and told the person at the desk. His attitude was barely above polite when he asked me what I wanted to do. I took another room and again, the sheets were stained. When I went back the second time, he claimed he didn't see anything on the sheets in the first room. I told him if he could get me clean sheets, I'd stay as it was late and I'd had a long trip. He insisted on going up to the second room with me. He put his hand on the bed sheet not an inch from one of the stains and claimed he couldn't see anything! I pointed out at least three stains. He grudgingly changed the sheets. When I went to use the shower later, there was mold on the shower curtain.
The counter top was dirty, I used a towel to clean it myself. The sink drain was blocked and barely draining. I left a note for housekeeping on the bed and when I returned, the only thing that had been done was the towels were swapped out...bed wasn't even remade (which was fine with me at that point!)
I wasn't informed that microwave and refrigerator cost extra until AFTER he ran it through my credit card.
It was just a horrible experience all around.
