few shuttle bus available

Room was nice, but Shuttle bus service was not in every 15 min. Many people had to wait in front of the hotel in the morning. Some people gave up and walked to air port.

convenient

stayed here as i had a long stopover of about 18 hours. room was comforatable and staff were friendly. food (room service) was good but pretty overpriced, paid $3 for a 300ml bottle of diet coke!

great location

if you are flying in for a gew days,the location is great. public transportation at your doorstep into boston.no traffic headaches arriving and departing from airport. good resturant,nice staff,rooms were good size and good value compared to downtown hotels.

Great Business Location

I had business in Boston and stayed at Hilton/Logan. It was very clean, the service was great, very friendly staff, and for the money, a great value. We were able to catch the sub-way close by to get to downtown Boston. The food choices at the hotel were many and the resturant service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with business plans in Boston.

Location, location, location

My son was attending his semi-formal dance at the hotel. I did not feel comfortable driving at such a late hour to pick him up (he's 14), so decided to reserve a room for the the night. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The mini bar was well stocked, yet the M&M peanut candy expiration date had long expired 2003?? I was very suprised about the parking situation. The cost of the hotel was reasonable, yet they had a surcharge for the airport and I had to pay $22.00 to park my car. Seems like a rip-off, when you have all the hidden added charges. I would stay again if the need arises, yet I'm hoping it doesn't
