Hilton Boston Logan Airport, Boston

It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at Sweethoteldeals. Net They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

This hotel is not right at the airport - you need to take a shuttle or walk about 1.5 miles through the parking garage to get there, but it is still very convenient to the airport. Location and quality of hotel was ideal for overnight business trip. Bear in mind that cabs to downtown can get pricey during rush hours. We stayed on exective floor for minimal additional $$ and it was definitely worth it. 24-hour snacks (yummy cookies and great coffee), business services (computer, printer, web, etc.) and a really nice continental breakfast. Lower-level pub was nice, but a bit over-priced. Front desk service wasn't great. Had lost my colleague's reservation and tried to charge him the walk-in rate, but they agreed to my rate in the end.

once in the airport, directions were poor(no signs)to direct toward the hilton. bathrooms not as scrupulous as expected(hair in tub, strange substance on dryer plug). Connaly Pub: service was very poor and unduly delayed(no water even for atleast half hour),food was not appealing. restaurant breakfast buffet was not bad. beds were comfortable. do not go here thinking you are close to the airport(not walking distance. any reasonable hotel with shuttle will serve same purpose. check-in staff was professional and courteous. rooms were nothing extraordinary-smaller than anticipated.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hilton at Logan Airport right in the middle of the Ted Williams Tunnel closures. We thought it would be highly inconvenient, but we were able to get to the airport either by hotel shuttle or on foot, through the walkway between the hotel and the terminals. From there we could get on the "Silver Line", which is a dedicated bus that takes about 15 minutes to get through the whole tunnel mess to the waterfront and on to South Station. It was REALLY convenient! If you prefer the Blue Line, there was a hotel shuttle that goes there, as well, although to get back it was a little trickier -- Blue Line to the airport shuttle to the hotel shuttle or walk back through the walkways. As for the hotel itself, the staff was very nice, although the restaurant wasn't the greatest. (Not bad, just so-so.) This wasn't a big deal, as there are so many more dining choices in Boston. I'm originally from Boston and I'm generally a fan of Marriott, but I would stay at the Hilton at the airport again, just for the overall convenience.

The lobby was beautiful. The view was great. The only problem? Could they have found double beds any smaller? Probably not without having to call them singles. My wife, two kids and I were catching a plane at 7am and were looking for a good nights sleep. Most of the time we do fine in a room with two doubles. Not this time. We all slept shoulder to shoulder. If I had a tape measure I would say these beds were at least 6-8" smaller then an average bed. For the price you should expect more, not less.

It may be pricey but I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Room service was prompt and courteous. Maid service was top notch and very helpful. Food selection could be improved as could parking for guests but overall it was a very relaxing getaway from home.

Outside of the traffic to the air-port. Everything was excellent. Customer Service was awasome. The food was great. Oh, the beds. I'll just say " a sleepover away from home would not be a bad idea at all".

We ahd a great time here at this hotel. Very good location, Nice grounds. The service was outstanding, room service & the food was very good. Able to check in very smoothly.

Everything is well managed and pretty good.We had no problem to find anything and any information as a new person.Therefore, I would like to say this airport is best one.

I like everything. The people that work there are very helpfull. Anything you need from a beautiful hotel is there. I will like to go back.
