Arrogant service and soft beds
The hotel is way, way overpriced for the quality. There are so many great hotels in the area that are better: The Inn at Harvard, Sheraton Commander, Doubletree, Hyatt, you name it.
My experience was particularly affected by rude service which not even the manager cared about it, that despite the fact that my company footed a $100,000 bill for a large event the night before.
The beds are among the softest that I have ever experienced, so neither my colleague or I slept through the night.
Oh, yeah, and they charge $2 per minute for domestic phone calls, conveniently not posted anywhere.
I highly disrecommend this hotel, and the stay won't give you Starwood/Hilton Honors points either. Stay elsewhere.
