We can't wait to go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/22/09
My husband and i thought that overall the Hotel was great. The room was clean, love the bed and the breakfast buffet in the morning was awesome and not that expensive. It was a little noisy with the kids, but who cares it was an awesome stay. We are actually planning our next vacation and looking foward to staying at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others

Nice family place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/12/09
I traveled to the cape with my three kids - the location was okay - (except it is on a busy road that you really can't walk on) - but it is close to the beaches and several eateries. The back of the hotel has a bike trial- the pools were great - indoor and outdoor- and there is a small game room and exercise room - the food was good also - really good crab cakes!! This hotel is a little on the noisy side and full of families - so if you are looking for peace and quiet - it may not be for you - but overall is clean, friendly, and a nice place for a family vacation.

Hard to call this a Four Points
By NYDoc81, 06/29/09
I've stayed in many Four Points hotels over the years. This is far from the best. Slow customer service at checkin, attitude at checkout, bad smell in my room, lackluster menu, front desk phone not answered, shabby grounds, uncomfortable meeting rooms. The hotel is on a major highway but there is no taxi service. Bring your car if you come to the Eastham Four Points.

like it and will go back - but at a better rate!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/23/07
We went the 2nd week in August 2007 - so this information is very current. The hotel was clean & the service was good - staff was very accommodating - both the inside & outside pools were well taken care of , the fitness room appeared clean also (although i only got a chance to peek in) - the breakfast buffet was outstanding & restaurant service impeccable. Room was always clean & freshly made from bed to towels. There was a nice sitting area - comfy, new chairs, ottoman & all wood pieces were in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable & the hotel was quiet in general. The room also had a large plasma tv - which was nice for watching evening news. The hotel is right near CCRT & several good restaurants, and several places of interest, including nauset lighthouse & beach, coast guard beach, three sisters lighthouse, and the Marconi station site is only 6 miles up the CCRT. Definitely would stay there again - but would hunt out a better rate as we paid $200+ a night & i discovered later that we could have gotten a much better price if we had done more homework before reserving the room.

Never go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/31/07
Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Stained bedding, food stuck to fabric chair, dark "something" running down wall, carpet stained and hard throughout. The same debris layed in hallway the whole week we were there. Pool side room was so noisey you could not hear TV from early morning till 9pm.

Cant wait to go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/23/07
I like how t is nice and quiet. IF you have a family I would recommend a first level room with pool outside. Then you can watch your kids swim but dont haved to leave your deck. everything is were you would expect it to be. The venders we found perfectly and the people at the front desk are welcoming and nice. My family loves it there. We cant wait 'till next year!!!!!!!!!

AWESOME Stay
By Sergio A, 09/25/06
I am not sure what hotel the "Beware" person stayed at but I find it hard to believe that it was at the Four Points Sheraton in Eastham!!! My stay was fantastic and well worth the price (which was great as well). If you are expecting a 4Star Carribean hotel, then go to Bernuda. If you are looking for a convenient, clean and friendly stay in a quiet and historical seahore town, then this is your place. I an a District Manager for a Fortune 200 company and stay in a lot of hotels. Because this was at the beach, my expections were low. They met and far exceded all of them.

Beware
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/14/06
This place calls itself a 'hotel' but is really just a motel. The overall condition of the 'hotel' was poor. The entire place smelled of chlorine from the indoor pool. The exercise room was very badly equipped and what equipment it had was mostly broken. Not that you would use it in any case - the room smelled horribly, so bad you couldn't stay in it for more than a few seconds. Aside from the indoor pool and the unusable exercies room the place offered no other amenities. The buffet breakfast was pretty sad. The room we had was large but it was damp, the furnishings were worn and it wasn't very clean. Staff were efficient if not particularly friendly, except for the waitress in the restaurant, who was very nice. She nearly made up for the bad food, but not quite. I will never stay at this 'hotel' again.

Addendum to Needs Improvement!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/01/06
Needs Improvement Review is misplaced by date. Please note the last stay at the Sheraton Eastham Four Points Hotel was in July of 2006...not July of 2005. Just so you're aware of most recent review by visit.

Needs Improvement!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/01/06
Whoever wrote Eastham 4 Points is Fantastic has misplaced their review. Although the hotel staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, the hotel does not come close to the expectations one would have of a Sheraton. The hotel is badly in need of renovation. The carpets and upholstered furniture were filthy - they need replacement, along with the wallpaper which was dirty and curling off the walls. The refrigerator had not been cleaned and someone’s old food was in it. "Stay away" is right about the mildew smell, but my impression was "stale smoke"! We requested a no smoking room, but it smelled like the room was once a smoking room. It knocked you over when you opened the door and only slightly improved with the ac running on high night and day....I'm sure the smell is embedded in the dirty carpets which I guess they feel are just stains??? It would have been nice to have had "Stay Away's" review prior to our arrival. On the positive side, the rooms are quite spacious, the staff is helpful and the location was excellent for convenience to good restaurants and nice beaches.
