Description

Great hotel on Rte. 3. Just 3 miles form Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II ship. Very friendly staff. I stayed in a suite that was great. We had a complete kitchen but also had free continental breakfast each day. Very clean. Near mall and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel. Met guests that stay for the summer from Florida visiting family. They come back each year. Nice price too.

I would definitely stay here again
By Tina, 8/17/11
Easy access to Plymouth beaches and northern towns. Reasonable in price and I was even offered a free upgrade to a suite room! The receptionist mailed a postcard and refused to take the money for the cost of the stamp.... Hey, It's the little things that count the most! Very on-leash dog friendly!

I'd call it a rathole, but thats an insult to rats
By JoeBobBriggs00, 6/2/11
Old, moldy, seedy welfare hotel. Creepy people wandering around the parking lot who lived there on government assistance. Not comfortable at all there with my family. Pool was gross, rooms smelled moldy, towels nowhere to be seen. Staff was unenthusiastic about anything, no good places to eat nearby, about 6 feet from the highway.

will never go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/1/11
I believe all the rooms are smoking rooms smelled burn holes in sheer curtain & sheet bathroom floor dirty we returned to room @ 7:30 pm after long day of site seeing room was not cleaned housekeeping had left! (they did give us clean towels) The staff seemed understanding ( like they had heard it all before) advertised WI FI not in rooms just lobby! Wish I had done my homework they did comp us but 109$ was still too much

Perfect for me.
By Joe S, 4/29/10
I was in the area to take an advanced boating course in Duxbury, MA. This was the most convenient and best value. Easy access to major hywy. A ride into Plymouth yielded me a delicious lobster roll for $10 at Natali's (washed down with a Guiness beer purchased a liquor store down the street). Another night I ate at the close by (in the same parking lot) Cancun restaurant and had one of the best burritos ever (washed down with the house margaretta). At exit 9 there is a Grocery store (Hanifords.. I think.. something like that) with very reasonably priced good prepared food that you can put in your refrig. and microwave in your room.

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/8/08
we stayed here because of the indoor pool and resonable rates. it was very close to down town and all the historic sights, we would like to come back in the summertime and see more of plymouth€, boston and cape cod.

iT AIN'T THE RITZ
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/17/08
Expectations are too high. The people who write bad reviews have to remeber you pay $250 a night anywhere else in town. In tourist season you might not even be able to get a room. The reason they shot a Cameron Diaz movie there is because it's nostalgic. This place is a bargain for what you get. Just don't expect the Sheraton. If you want to stay at the Sheraton call them. If you want an older place thats comfortable and usually clean. go to the Inn at Plymouth Bay. They have an indoor pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, and two work out rooms. Try the Cancun restaraunt if you like great friendly service and authentic Mexican food.

Depends on what you like weather or not you like it
By kim, 2/1/08
I read all the reviews for this motel,Yes the rooms do smell like smoke but I smoke...the rooms were also very clean,it is very "70's" but I grew up in the 70's.Yes,the walls are very thin but ,I have 6 children so noise doesnt bother me.To me its just a worn in comfortable place to stay.Personally I think its a great place for the price.I even had my childrens birthday parties there because they wanted to go swimming! The only problem I ever had when we stayed there was the front desk calling our room at 10a.m.to find out when we were checking out...uh ya I said 12pm which is checkout time.Other than that I go back there whenever I get a chance if for nothing else,to go swimming in the winter for a reasonable price!

Stay Away
By Clams, 10/17/06
Dont belive these other people that gave it a good rating, place is horrible. You cant sleep there is no sound proofing to this hotel you will here everything on both sides of your room and than some. We had to check out in the middle of the night. And im not a light sleeper at all. This place is not worth the 99 dollars a night you wont get any sleep.
