Not all it's cracked up to be

The breakfast service was terrible. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am. I stayed for 3 days and everyday I went to the restaurant, for breakfast at 6:00am, it was never ready. The coffee wasn't even on, and the buffet tables were not set up yet. I waited until 7:00am to even get a bowl of oatmeal. Business travelers came in early to get breakfast and when they saw that nothing was ready, they turned and left in disgust. The waiter was rude, smart-mouthed, and argumentative with the customers. The price of a night's stay was way over-priced as well. The fitness room was not state-of-the-art but the equipment was falling apart. I travel to this area frequently and, personally, will not be staying in this hotel again.
