Brilliant Back Bay

We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel, everywhere was spotlessly clean, staff very polite and helpful and a wonderful location. Our room was delightful, nice comfy beds and pillows, LCD tv, clean and bright bathroom, we could not fault it. Elsewhere in the hotel the restaurant was very clean and tidy, food was excellent, a breakfast keeping us going to the middle of the afternoon. The waiting staff were quick and efficient and eager to please. There is also a small cafe type place in the lobby which was equally good. We could not fault the location, very easy to get about and to the shops! Especially if you cross the road to the Sheraton Hotel, up the escalator and straight into the Prudential Centre where there are many shops and places to eat. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definately stay again.

This hotel is in a key location. The hotel is very large and has great accomidations with great services. It is in walking distance to major malls and downtown boston. It is also near lots of excellent restaurants. Each room has its own plasma TV. The hotel itself is very clean. With a comfortable sized pool and hot tub area. The gym is also excellent. The only major issue that I had trouble with this in the hotel was the parking area. With a $35 a night parking fee, It is almost 1/4th of the price of one room! The prices of other parking areas around the hotel are cheaper than the hotel itself. Other than that I would deffinetly recommend this hotel to tourists looking for a little bit of a luxurious yet comfortable hotel to stay in near downtown Boston.

it is all about the location

First, we loved the location, walking distance to everything! But, our check-in was terrible, completely incorrect and the employee seemed a little crazy, unorganized, and clueless. We had to settle for a smoking room because we weren't taking a room with two double beds and that was all they had. Our view was horrible after specifications were made, and none of the employees had a personality nor smile. I felt like a number in a cattle call! Lastly, there is no discount for parking if you stayed at the adjoining hotel!?! I would highly discourage anyone staying at this hotel-I believe the website is misleading, stating it is "new!" Terrific hotel

This is a nice Hilton in a lovely location. Rooms are spacious and have many amenities. Search the Hilton web site at various dates before booking, as prices change often.

Very well worth it!

I have to say I loved everything about this hotel, but for thing... the swimming pool closes a bit too early. Especially for the summer months, when kids (ie. teens etc.)are enjoying sleeping in and what not. I think logically they should close the pool at 11pm instead of 10pm. Also, some of us adults wouldn't mind sitting in the hot tub later in the evening to wind down. But, for the most part, the whole experience was very impressive. Perfect location!!

The Hitlon Boston Back Bay is located next to the Pru (great shopping)and in walking distance to Newbury & Boylston, both which host fabublous restaraunts (Stephanies, Atlantic Fish) as well as other stores (Trader Joes to pick up late nite treats and H20)!! If you are a gold member or higher with Hilton at this property you receive a voucher for a free breakfast buffet ~ which is the best I have seen of its kind. The gym is brand new with a nice swimming pool and spa. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Ask for an upgraded room and you are bound to have a balcony looking over at the green monster!!!

Best hotel in Back Bay

I stayed here for a week. The staff was great. They even had us sent to the ball games in a private car stocked with our favorite papers. It really felt like home. Great views from the room, and very comfortable. I will stay here again no questions asked!

Amazing value

My Family is known to shop around for the best place at the best price and when relatives and i stayed in Boston, this is where we chose. It certainly proved to be a good choice, exceptional service and a great location near T stops (the subway) to get you all around Boston.
