Once was enough.
I'm not going to be as mean as some of the other reviews, but it was certainly an experience I will never repeat. For the price, it wasn't bad, but I think they could've done a lot better. When I arrived, the internet was down. Since there was a large convention in town with a lot of business people staying there, this was very bad. It took them until the next morning to get it running again. Even then, only two of the four computers in the business center worked. So, there was a line nearly every time I went down there. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The first night I stayed, I pulled back the covers and found three big long black lady hairs on the bed. It had obviously not been changed. I was too tired to mess with it, so I just crashed. The next day, I brought it to their attention. They promptly had someone bring new bedding and compensated me with a breakfast the next morning. However, the bellhop simply dropped off the bedding. I was thinking "Okay, am I supposed to make my own bed in a hotel?" I was starting to get a little mad and called the front desk. It sounded like they had a bunch of people down there and I waited on the line for a while and never got anyone. Eventually, I hung up and decided to save my complaint for later and just make the bed. It only took me a few minutes. Just as I was finishing up, one of the front desk guys came down to tell me a maid would be by shortly to make my bed. I told him the story and we both laughed a little. I laughed even less than he did, of course. That night, someone broke out a pane of glass in the lobby. So, a maintenance crew came by to pound the rest of the glass out of the frame at 3:00 IN THE MORNING! Luckily, it didn't take them long and I was able to go back to sleep. I was staying in the west wing of the hotel. I'm sure the main wing was much nicer, but for the money, it was okay. I think next time, I'll spend the extra dough and stay at the Marriott or something. You'd be wise to do the same. The food is also very expensive.
