Quality Inn Annapolis, Annapolis

Hotel was shabby. There was a horrible permeating smell throughout. The staff was rude and insulting. The room is small, the bathroom totally cramped. Carpet worn and dirty. Hidden charges on bill, i.e., "safe with limited warranty"--I NEVER asked for a safe. Internet connection was terrible and actually infected my computer rendering my Outlook program unusable. I had to have my laptop repaired after my stay. Finally, after I complained, I left for dinner and had the distinct impression someone had entered my room in my absence. I slept with a chair propped against the door. I checked out early in the morning, cancelling my 3-day business stay. NEVER AGAIN!
