This hotel was difficult to find as there was inadequate signage anywhere. The Hotel Reception folks were very helpful but the entire property appeared "worn" and dirty, in fact the elevator was filthy. The entire staff needs to be trained or retrained in Customer Service! I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and no one was stationed at the host/hostess desk twenty minutes after they were supposed to be open. The barman at the lobby bar, when not mixing drinks, stood off to the side and sipped ice water and made no attempt to interact with his customers or ask if there was anthing else he could get for them, etc. The next morning at the meeting I was to attend, the meeting rooms had been changed without the knowledge of our instructor. Thus the room we were assigned didn't have the proper items specifed in advance by our instructor, had inadequate seating and lighting and no coffee service. The person who appeared to be a "food and beverage" staff person made excuses instead of doing what she could to remedy the situation.
Considering that this facility was completely booked, the staff was completely unprepared for their customers. The only positive aspect about this property was the quality of the food which was excellent.
