I should have slept in my car
By Emma L., 3/4/08
The room was tiny and dirty. There were cigarette burns on the edge of the bathtub. The shower had no pressure and came out as a trickle. The towels were as thin as bed sheets. When I pointed out the cost of the room was $20 more per night than was advertised on the web they said the motor inn is under new ownership and they could not help what the web site said. The clerks were rude an unsympathizing. They have a Christian Cafe on sight but as far as I can tell they do not have any Christians on staff.

won't stay there again
By kenza, 2/18/08
The heat went off at 2 am and by 5:20 am we packed and left the place. The front desk clerk also was wearing his jacket so it wasn't only us that was cold. Temp in the room was 63 with outside temperatures at (-3). Also clerk made no apologies regarding the situation and said he would convey our message about not being charged for the room. I have made 2 phone calls and still don't have the situation resolved and no call from the owner. Not good customer service. I work with the public and know what good customer service is. Do not recommend the place.

Can't wait to go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/28/07
We recently stayed at this location and are very pleased. They had a complimentary breakfast which was incredible. Not muffins and donuts and coffee either. Really great. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Our kids are very excited to go back and stay there again. Fridge, microwave and cable tv in the room is also a bonus. You don't get that at all motels. Highly recommended.

Clean comfortable room, friendly staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/4/07
The motel is clean and inexpensive. The bed comfortable. No loud music or bands playing. As of March 2007, the motel is under new management and they are trying hard to change their image to a family motel. The Tea Room has a great little continental breakfast with the best coffee around. Staff greeted us in a friendly and professional manner. We look forward to our next stay with them in the fall. Great 4 night stay--Under new ownership
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/24/07
My wife and I had a very nice 4 night stay from 7-12-07 to checkout on 7-16-07. The Inn is under new ownership and the new owners are working hard to correct any deficiencies there may have been. Our room was very nice. They are renovating the "Tea Room" and have a wonderful continental breakfast every morning. The Tea Room will be open soon and already is looking good. Everyone we met, from the owners, their family, or the associates were very cordial and attentive to our comfort. Thank You to the owners Ross and Cheryl and to Zachary and Anna for a great stay. DON'T DO IT
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/23/07
I stayed here with my fsmily including my 88 year old father who has a heart condition. At 8 pm the band beneath our feet started playing and yes the whole room did vibrate. When we complained the VERY RUDE desk clerk he told us to put up with it as they only play until 12 ( which actually was 1). It is also not the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Not worth the money or the headaches!!!

You Get What You Pay For
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/7/06
Price was good and location is great but that's it. Dirty rug, dirt behind bed, unknown odor in the room and one of the nastiest shower curtains I've ever seen. Locks on the door were no more than something that you'd see on a door inside a trailer and could be opened with very little effort if someone wanted to. TV remote was broke and taped up with black electrical tape and only partially worked. They charge .30 for local calls while other motels in the area allow free local calls but it didn't matter because they wanted a credit card number before they would allow any outgoing calls. Would not recommend this to anyone and will never stay there again.

Most rude hotel clerk EVER!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/14/05
Lesson learned - do NOT stay at a hotel rated anything less than a 4* - even if the price is right! Odor in the lobby and the hotel clerk was the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my entire life....Customer service is obviously very low on their priority list and I would never recommend anyone stay at this MOTEL. Take my advise, spend the extra $30 & stay somewhere else.....
