smelled, was dirty, ads are incorrect, no free breakfasts No wi-fi (called to complain and was told it was working in the office and then hung up) this place is filthy, the bar was a drunk hangout was disturbing.

This place was absolutey rediculous. The service was horrible, the rooms were absolutely filthy and nasty. I would not even let my own dog sleep there. Not to mention, the sheets were full of holes and were dirty, the heaters didnt even work in the room. AND the 'lounge' is a homosexual bar.. we were not pleased with our experience and will never sleep there again and will never recommend it to anyone..

When we arrived the room was already opened and the bathroom light on. No towels in the room and we were told we could ask when we got back from the Tim McGraw concert...11 pm we got to get towels for the room! Screens were broken and not attached to the windows, flies in the room. When I pulled my sheets down, I saw black smudges (looked like mascara) and a little further was a dead fly, squished in the sheets! The next day we noticed garbage under the beds: old box of cookies, Dunkin Donuts box, razor, etc. This room was Gross!!

Room was nice and clean and restaurant and bar was great.

The room was room and comfy but the vaccuming was done fast. Need to pay attention under the bed and under tables when cleaning. Pretty nice place to stay, but should pay a little more attention to cleaning. Thats what hotels lack of these days.

We travel to this area regularly and recently chose this hotel to stay at again, as our first experience was okay. The room was fairly clean and met our needs for the most part, but we had to re-hang the curtain which was hanging off half the rod. When we checked out the next morning, we closed the room door and left, unknowingly leaving a shopping bag with about $150 worth ofnew merchandise in it. I realized this several hours later and called and spoke to the front desk clerk, who told me he thought they had found "a big bag of stuff" but I would have to talk to the manager the next day about it having it mailed or picked up. I called the next day and the manager said he didn't know anything about it, he would check on it and call me back, which he never did. I called again the next day and he very quick response was "he didn't know where it went, must "have got thrown out or something". It is very hard to believe that this merchandise would have been mistaken for garbage, but that was the end of our conversation. This speaks volumes to me about the staff of this hotel, and how they value their customers. Needless to say, I won't be staying here on my next visit and won't be recommending to my friends.
