Ramada Limited of Alexandria, Alexandria

Room was dirty - bottoms of my white socks were black within 1 hour of being in the room. Overall generally grungy - great for the out of town construction worker - which it was full of. Not the executive/white collar hotel that I was in need of. They do have a decent breakfast in the lobby - decent internet & computer room - Treadmill in gym was broken - pool was locked - I chose hotel for the treadmill & pool - LOL, really - and they were both un-usable. This was a 2nd chance stay - made reservations and arrived at 3pm last month - they had no cleaa rooms - told me I'd have to wait an hour - so I stayed elsewhere - called & complained- the manager asked me to give them another chance - I did when I went back this month, and won't stay there again.

Beware if you want to rent the conference room. I rented room for 4 years, every Saturday to teach a driving class. Well, I was told the Ramada has an image to keep and my class was not part of the look they wanted to maintain. My classes were a mix of people and ages. Last time I checked discrimination was againt the law !!!! My compliments to the entire staff, they are the best!!
