Econo Lodge Chalmette, Chalmette

we have a family of 5 with 3 sm children my husband is working on levees and this hotel was closest to job site,,,,,,, we have been stayin there for over a month 3 weeks ago found drug items of some sort in room well my son did, 2 weeks ago room was filthy and had to be moved, and last week came back to find ants in our room and on top of all that they would not move us proceeded to blame the ants on us would not give us a refund but the worst of all is they called cops to make us leave and barred us from hotel........now u tell me wat kind of people are actually welcome there cause it sure isnt a respectful family

found this place driving by, came back to trout fish...boat launch, live bait and convenience store, cafe all right...I like it for the cultural experience

recently stayed at this hotel. service was good,prices fair,staff wonderful.hotel is old, but very clean. very convenient to the city, has cafe and game room. will stay again, when in town.
