Would Look Elsewhere!

First of all..this place is not exactly the cleanest hotel i've ever been in. Although we hardly spent much time in the hotel because we were in the casino's in Lake Charles, I would not go back. When we woke up in the morning and got started with a normal daily routine..there were NO Towels, NO Soap or toiletries, and NO Coffee. I tried to contact the front desk several times, but no response. Needless to say...that didn't start my morning off too well. When we checked out later that morning, I advised the manager on duty of the problem and she basically said "sorry" and took down a complaint and then sent us on our way. WOW!! They really blew me away with that great customer service. Yesterday I received a voucher in the mail for a whole $5 off our next visit or a free room upgrade? Sorry, but that is not enough to earn my business again. BTW..Does La Quinta even have an upgraded room? Are they going to put me in Non-Smoking instead of Smoking? Anyways, I won't be back and would look elsewhere next time.
