Hyatt Regency New Orleans, New Orleans

The person who invited me to come was told he shouldnt be there because he worked there. And he was told "what makes him think he can just come to the hotel". Why shouldn't he be able to be there if he's off???? I really don't respect that policy because why would a employee need to leave if his mother and grandmother was there watching the game and ordering food. I would never go back to that hotel again. I'm looking up how to get my money back and I'm not planning my banquet there like I started to do. My son should quit working there. They told him its supposed to be a family and considered his hotel. What person you know gets put out their own hotel by an "family" member??? I don't recommend ANYONE TO GO THERE. They don't stand by what they told my son.

This hotel is beautiful inside and out.the staff is very nice and courteous. When we go there we want for nothing,we feel like we are back home.Also it is close to all the main attractions in New Orleans.

First time visit to New Orleans was made much better with our stay at the hotel. The bus service to the French Quarter made trave back and forth very eacy. The room was big and very nice. We ate in the Open court yard area one morning and the food and service was the very best.

The staff are very helpful. They sure do know the place. My room was terrfic! Very clean, comfortable, and QUIET! The location is very great,also. I will definatly be coming back soon! You will have the time of your life in New Orleans, especially the food and the HYATT and the attractions

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel, and the staff was outstanding. We were there in September 2002. We will definitely return to New Orleans, and book our stay at the Hyatt Regency.

My husband and I stayed at th Hyatt in NO this past weekend. This hotel is absoltely awesome. We had a suite - Out of this world - service is great - people are great Cannot wait to go back

My stay at the New Orleans Hyatt Regency could only be described as a very pleasureable experience. I will definitely be returning. The service was great, nice clean rooms, friendly housekeepers, the beds were extremely comfortable. The food was excellent. The location was great, and given the fact that I use to spend summers there as a teen, and know my way around the city. It was close to everything, Courteous valet attendants, made acquiring my car very easy. I loved the view of the Superdome and for as far as the eye could see, just panoramic views. I got at lot for the money.
