Western Inn, Hammond

This was the worst, I asked for a new room when the first one smelled so bad, I was told I would not be given a refund. I just wanted to have a clean room! I'm glad I had BLEACH in my car. The bugs where every where. The sign at the front where you check in at;said a "Proud member of the Hammond Chamber of Commerce" really they need to come and check it out. I took pictures, and will send them to the Chamber. Its sad that when you are traveling and need to stop and find a room later at night that people take advanced of you.

THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL..... Bath tub was rusted.. it also leaked. stains all over the carpet and the walls.. Air conditioner did not work. The trim on the wall is peeling off. Paint is peeling off. But if you are looking for a place to stay overnight and leave in the morning this is the place to stay... just make sure your doors are locked and you deadbolt is active on your room door....
