Unprofessional
By Jeanine, 09/22/09
My parents and I stay at the Comfort Inn in Elizabethtown, Ky . we were given a room that someone else was in and walk in on them. Then was given another room and at 12:05 AM the front desk call are room and ask who we were in that room, waking us up in the middle of the night. Not to professional, but the rooms were clean.

Highly Recommend
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/04/07
The Comfort Inn was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was caring, friendly and professional. The room was quiet and the room and beds were comfortable. The pool and surrounding area was clean and inviting. The Continental breakfast was surprisingly excellent. It included the standards--juices, milk, cereals, pastries, muffins, etc., but also included FOUR kinds of coffee, hard boiled eggs---and a waffle maker w/premeasured fresh batter. The attendant on duty, Kathy, exemplified customer service and Southern hospitality. She not only kept the area spotless and well-stocked, but treated each and every guest like a VIP--even the guests who showed up after closing time when she had everything put away. She brewed fresh coffee and made sure they had what they wanted to eat. Keypoint: the Inn is built into a hill. First floor guest rooms are walk-out basement level, Second floor rooms are actually on the same floor as the lobby. There is no elevator. If you choose a 2nd floor room, bring your luggage in the front door and go through the lobby to avoid schlepping everything up and down a flight of stairs as you will need to do if you park out back. The level of customer service we experienced and observed during our stay far exceeded our expectations and far surpassed customer service we've experienced in hotels charging much, much more.

Very good experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/20/05
I went to the Quality Inn after a bad experience at another nearby hotel. The staff at the Quality Inn were very friendly, and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked well. It's not a fabulous resort or anything like that, but for someone like me (I was in Elizebethtown for a 3 day training) it was excellent. It felt like a very safe area, and there were nice restaurants close by. It was a very good experience at a good price.
