Super 8 Henderson, Henderson

To whoever that guy is bitching about the hotel on February 20something. There was that little problem of a disastrous ice storm that knocked out power and many other utilities at that point in time not too mention the HUGE influx of people that had to be sheltered at the hotel including work crews that were coming in trying to repair the problem. The staff here is hard working and do what they can even with ungrateful people, the rooms are nice, but they're hotels its not like you're going to be staying in your own bedroom at home.

Ok, it was a little dirty and may have been a little rusty but I have Definately seen Worse. I always bring disinfectent wipes to ANY hotel I stay at and never touch or use the blankets on the bed. (they never get washed-that's common sense) For the price, with the outside pool, it wasn't that bad. The staff was ok and we had plenty of hot water. I plan on staying at this hotel again during my next visit back to Henderson.

Bad service,no hot water,dirty floors,dirty bed,requested a new room and was told they didn't have any other rooms available,we left immediately and they would not give me my money back DO NOT STAY HERE
