staff not aware of whats going on!

we stayed here with no reservation. we got into the hotel they gave us our room and there was a man sleeping in it. so promptly we left the room went back to the front desk they apologized and gave us a different room and it was filthy never even cleaned smelled of smoke, bed wasnt made. so we went back once again to get a different room and the staff were irritated with us! and we didnt do anything we paid for a clean room and respect not dirty rooms and bad attitude!

Never again

Made reservations 2 months in advance and advised hotel staff that I had a coupon. Upon arrival the coupon WAS NOT honored. The bathtub was peeling paint. The light fixtures in 2 of the 3 rooms reserved did not work properly. Located near a truck stop. Hotel staff were rude and not helpful AT ALL. I won't be going back.

What a dump!

The lobby and breakfast area are nice, but the rest of the place is terrible. The motel has been enlarged at some point, because it's a virtual maze on the inside. The indoor pool must have orginally been outdoors, because the A/C units from some of the rooms blow their hot air into the pool room. It's hot and noisy. We never did find a working ice machine. The desk clerk was extremely rude.

This place has really gone to the dogs. I use to like it years ago. They need to do something about the decor. The location is a night mare now with all the traffic. Never use to be so bad getting to. Needs improvement. All I can say..
