Ok in an extreme pinc
By Alan, 07/28/08
If you just want to close your eyes and sleep - no prob. However the bathroom facilities all need to be redone (old, worn out). Also found some small insects in the room. Wanted to stay at another location, but this one was the only one with a room. Breakfast is "continental" (toast or english muffin, ceral) juice and coffee.

Disgusting!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/31/07
This was the most disgusting place I have ever 'attempted' to stay at. There were holes and cracks all over the walls, there was still toothpaste and hair in the shower. There were no bags in the garbage cans and the furniture had stains all over. It was really sick...you do NOT want to stay here. We left and did not stay but one of the people that decided to stay for lack of no other hotel, got a bite on their back. DON"T STAY HERE!!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!
By kim, 06/21/07
The walls had holes in them, no fitted sheets on the uncomfortable bed, no internet service as advertised- they advertised wireless in all rooms and property, they told me I could use the computer at the front desk. The pool was nasty, the roof leaked. Toilet was filthy. I was in a back alley where there was traffic and fighting all night.

Awful
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/09/06
When we drove up there was not even an easy way to get to the side of the hotel we were staying at, we had to practically drive in a gravel pit. The back of the hotel looks like it is totally abandoned. We felt like we were in some sort of horror movie. Nobody was there and soon we realized why, the rooms smelled and the sheets were so dirty and smelled like they had not been washed in months. There were stray hairs and dirt everywhere. The stairs by our room were not able to be used because they were falling apart. Worst place by far I have ever stayed.

Tear it down
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/23/06
This hotel is absolutely awful. I'm sorry but I can't find anything good to say about it. The carpets, comforters, sheets are dirty and smell terrible. The outside condition of this place looks like its ready to fall down, stairs and concrete chipping apart. The floor in our room had soft spots that I thought I was going to fall thru to the bottom floor. The parking lot looks like a drug alley. We had a soccer tournament in South Bend and the whole team stayed at this hotel... over 20 rooms. Every room was as bad as I am describing here. Best thing that could happen to this hotel is to tear it down and build new.

I loved the service, the clean rooms, and the pool. I usually cant fall asleep in hotel beds, but I could here. The location was great. It saved us a lot of time traveling to our location.
