Zu teuer!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/4/08
Ein zu teures Hotel mit minimalem Service. Außerdem besitzt es das teuerste Parkhaus Chicagos (41 Dollar für 16 - 24 Std.)

Location, Location, Location
By Steve, 9/15/05
This hotel is ideally located, and offers a fabulous view of the lake. The rooms with double bathrooms are interesting. I'm sure they are helpful for traveling families and such. But thy're lost on most business travelers.

An average stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/14/07
We recently spent 5nights in the hilton and found it a very average stay.cleanliness was fine and the room was perfect for 2 people only view we got was of the building next door and havin to pay $5 dollars for a bottle of water was a bit extreme we also felt the hotel staff were very up themselves especially room service and front desk, would definitly go back to chicago as it is a wonderful city but cant see ourselves staying at the hilton.

Huge Old Hotel - Big Disappointment
By Ill as in Illinois, 7/17/09
Hotel restaurant was closed down. Drinks in the lobby bar were way too overpriced. Room was only tended to 1 night out of our 5 night stay. Food trays were on the hallway floors for 3 days-were all the maids on strike?CNN on 24hrs.in elevator TV's-really annoying! Concierge couldn't tell us anything about where to shop! She gave us an expired Macy's coupon! Hallways reminded us of the Titanic scenes. Carpet in front of our room doorway was soaked for 5 days! Coffepots never worked-thank goodness for CaribouCoffee behind the hotel. Oh yes, and the shower door opened 'into' the shower stall - how weird is that? Stayed on the 11th floor and noise from the street could be heard all night long-even with the air cond on - but it could never be adjusted below 74 degrees. It was humid in chicago and you could feel the mugginess throughout the whole hotel. We wouldn't stay here again!

two bathrooms
By DianneS, 8/30/05
The Hilton is close to Millenium Park, Museum Campus, State Street Shopping and great transportation to the Mag Mile. My room had 2 bathrooms -- first time I ever had this in a standard room. The beautiful lobby area is always abuzz with something going on. Restaurants and bars very good - service and ambiance more than satisfactory. You won't be disappointed.

We love going there!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/5/05
We like it because it's in a populare location, easy to get everywhere from there, and everyone there is very friendly. We love the pool, party rooms, and the "tasteful" food court. The rooms are always very neat and tidy. We think it is a great place for families and friends, everyone! We have nothing bad to say about the Hilton Towers, in Chicago!

A wonderful experience
By Lori, 10/4/05
I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with the quality of service and charm of the property. The rooms are wonderful with beautiful views of the Sears Tower or Michigan Avenue. My favorite part of the stay was the beds - they are extremely comfortable! This hotel offers quick access to the magnificent mile. There is a free shuttle to north Michigan Avenue departing on a regular basis. If you don't take the shuttle, it is approximately $10 for a taxi. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the Hilton to others!

Excellent location & Fitness Center
By J, 7/5/05
This was my first trip to Chicago and the Hilton stay really made it enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well decorated and full of ammenities. I was very suprised to see such a large fitness center (a full gym with running track). Easy access to the streets, cabs.
