Holiday Inn Exp Stes O Hare, Rosemont

Went to a concert at the allstate arena, Holliday inn very close by..After waiting in line for 30 min to check-in Around 5 pm they told me my room was not available yet,Check-in time is 4pm...Around 6 pm after waiting in the noisy lobby they told me my room was still not available..but told me i could downgrade with no credit to get a room.. After checking in took my kids to the pool which smelled like a toilet bowl, with gang-bangers hanging by the doors..The room was noisy all night running in the hallway slamming doors and staff was very rude

The desk clerks lied, lied, lied. Charged us $126/car for two cars for their "free" park & ride program. The money doesn't bother me. Their shuttle service that is supposed to run every half hour left my family, including my 86-year-old grandmother, stranded in the airport for over 90 minutes at 1 am. Poor service and they didn't apologize once for their actions. I was not happy with the service and will not return.

We celebrated my mother in-law 50th birthday party in the bouquet hall and everything was just beautiful,great service,great food,wonderful rooms and a clean and safe environment.We will definitely go back.

These people were so friendly and helpful. I could understand everything they said, beautiful room, we were treated very well, we came from Madison SD, to Chicago, just myself (a mom) and 3 teenagers, I was scared until I called this motel and they gave me advice of how I get there and what to do, other motels in the area, were RUDE, and not the least bet helpful that was when I could understand what they were saying. One place said they would shuttle us anywhere within 5 miles, I told them the place we wanted to go, they said it was long way away, I called back and said according to the internet it's 3 miles, they finally put me though to someone that I could understand, and she said MAME do you really think we are going to take you to another motel, I said there is a convention in that motel we need to go to she hung up. I liked the fact that this hotel was so clean. The freshness of the room was coming out of everything. The smell was great! I also loved the fact that the staff are so willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Wow! When I got home, i was relaxed and refreshed! Thanks!
