Nice looking and thats about it

This hotel is nice to look at, but thats about it. Once inside be prepared to get aggravated from the very start. First off, they have no staff at all. (1 person runs the front desk area) I had to hunt someone down to ask a couple of questions. I guess they do this to save on salaries, which is not what I would expect from such a high end hotel. Then it was 80 degrees outside and there was no a/c in the rooms! I didn't even know in 2007 there were still hotels that don't have a/c, so to please me they handed me a small fan to use in my room! (I thought they were joking around with me at first) I guess it was to just shut me up. Next, if you are in a hurry, you may as well run down the stairs from your room because the hotel shuts the elevators off at night or at least that was what I was told by a girl working there once I actually found her. They do this to save money on the electric it seems by only running one elevator at night and this is meant to service 11 floors! I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. It was a complete joke from start to finish.
