on 8/31 I made a reservation with Nathan for two nights, he gave me my conf# and took our name and credit card info, we had to cancel so on 9/8 I called and talked to Angie who could not find any reservation for us at all, using our name, conf# or credit card info and said we would not be charged, I wasn't happy they could not find them , if we would have went we would not have a room!! so on 9/13 I decided to call back to make sure and talked to Nathan again who told me the same thing, they had nothing in our name and would not be charged....WELL GUESS WHAT, they took $101.01 out of my cking acct today 9/15 so I again called 4 times and finally got Barbara on the phone who could not find anyting with conf# but found it under our name and said it was a NO SHOW thats why we were charged, she will credit our account and will take a week for the credit to show up, I am still not happy this happend and will never stay here and will be telling friends and family. So if you stay here ck on your reservations before you go and heaven forbid you have to cancel them. GOOD LUCK
