What a dump -THIS is a Ramada??

We stayed 2 nights in this joke of a hotel. The rooms are supposedly redecorated. Ours was decorated with mold and water stains. Hot water didn't work until you ran it 8 minutes, then it was luke warm. Front desk employees are clueless and apparently don't know how to take notes. When we found out that the only thing housekeeping did to "freshen" our room was pull up the covers on our bed (didn't move the pillows, empty garbage or leave any shampoo, soap or towels, we contacted the front desk and he was nice enough to bring us towels and shampoo but couldn't find any soap. Wow. Said he could move us to another room but only had one other king in the whole building. That is shocking since this is a very large hotel and we never saw more than 3 guests our entire time there. If you ask to speak to management with your concerns, you are told that "he has another job and is rarely there". You will get a phone number to call and he won't call back. Instead you will be dealing with a very rude and sarcastic "sales manager" whose job is probably taking care of all the complaints that the manager doesn't want to handle. Check Trip Advisor for this hotel's 100% disapproval rating. In an email, the "sales manager" told me to post anything I want whenever, wherever. Obviously this hotel has nothing but complaints and are well trained in how to handle guests with giving zero refunds. Or courtesy. This hotel should be shut down or at the very least, lose the quality name of Ramada. Hope this helps another traveler from going through the hell we've been through.
