Baymont I S Bloomington, Bloomington

When we got there the elevator was not working. The stairs were only used for fire exit. We stood in the lobby for over a half hour waiting for a manager or someone to either open the stairs or fix the elevator. We finally asked to be put in a room downstairs. The air did not work very good so it was sticky and warm in the room. The pool was green. The toilet seat came off when you lifted the lid. I will never stay at a Baymont again!!!!!

Had a getaway weekend with the wife which turned into a disaster - thank you Baymont Inn - NOT!!! We checked in with our confirmation and printout from the online reservation system. Upon arriving in our room, it was not what we reserved. Front desk was unwilling to fix things even though we had printed reservations as documentation to prove what we reserved. We will never stay at another Baymont Inn and Suites ever again. The only good thing about his hotel was the location. There were many very good restaurants (I highly recommend Biaggi's!!!!!!!!!).

Need I say more......................I would not stay here!

My daughter stayed here last week for 3 days while in town for business and now her body is covered with bed bug bites!!!!!! NASTY!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone not matter how much you save.

It was fine. Room was clean. Beds good. Continental breakfas was nice

We have tried several motels in Bloomington. When we stayed at the Baymont, we decided we were home. Now we stay at this hotel everytime we're in town.

PERSONALY I FOUND THE HOTEL TO BE A JOKE. WHEN YOU FIRST WALK IN, YOU GET THE IMPRESSION THAT YOU'RE WALKING INTO THIS BIG BEAUTIFUL HOTEL FULL OF AVIANCE AND ONLY TO FIND OUT IT TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE. THE VENDING MACHINE AREA STUNK!!! NOT TO MENTION THE FRONT COUNTER (BACK OFFICE) YOU CAN TELL IT'S A COMPLETE MESS... THERE WAS COCK ROACH PRANCING ON THE FLOOR OF THE LOBBY. (MIND YOU THAT'S WHERE BREAKFAST IS SERVED). THE ELEVATOR COULD USE SOME DEORDERIZING. THE T.V. DIDN'T WORK. THERE WAS NO FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO GREET ME OR HELP TAKE MY BAGGAGE TO THE ROOM. IT'S A JOKE I TELL YA! SOMETIME A GREAT IDEA JUST NEED TO STAY JUST THAT...."AN IDEA!" I MISSED THE HAMPTON! BAYMONT YOU'LL NEVER MATCH UP TO 'DOUBLETREE, HAMTON INN, OR ANY OTHER 4 STAR HOTEL ...NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A 3...WHAT BAYMONT IS IN MY OPINION IS A COVER-UP, AND LETS NOT START WITH THE JACCUZZI...NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE DOOR? NOT TO MENTION IT TAKES 30 TO 40 MINUTES TO FILL-UP!!!! I TELL YOU LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IT'S A JOKE AND NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME...THIS PLACE IS GOOD IF YOU HAVE LETS SAY A SOCCER TEAM OR FOOT BALL TEAM AND JUST WANT THE KIDS TO COME AND HANG LOOSE...BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE TO LET LOOSE W/OUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT BREAKING ANYTHING..IT'S ALREADY BROKE!

Our family reunion was in Bloomington at another hotel other than the Baymont but we were unable to get rooms there so we stayed at Baymont.So happy the reunion hotel was booked. Our stay at the Baymont was FANTASTIC. We booked 4 rooms and the hotel was kind enough to keep us all together. Such a friendly staff, made us feel so welcome. Rooms were very clean and supplied with microwave,frig,cable tv & internet access. Then what a FANTASTIC continental breakfast. Waffles were wonderful and many other delicious items were available. Made us feel right at home. We have 2 small dogs and they stayed with us also, they loved it too. Also if you love to shop it's unbelieveble all the stores that are within walking distance and then so many just minutes away. If you are looking for a Great hotel with VERY GOOD rates, friendly atmosphere I highly recommend the Baymont hotel . Can't wait to visit Bloomington and stay at this hotel again.
