The frond desk staff by far is the worst I have ever had to deal with EVER!!!
upon check in the front desk manager Eric was very rude as if I was taking him away from his texting he was doing on his cell phone...Asked where the elevator was was told by ERIC the " manager" that the funny glass boxes going up and down where the elevators.... get to my room and the Key does not work bring all my stuff back down tell Eric that the key dont work his responce " maybe your putting the card the wrong way " and showed me the little arrows on the key card. he did give me a new key and said that if I cant get this one to work he would send someone up to open my door for me.. get in my room and the bed has already been slept in.. go down to the front desk tell Eric the room has been used he looks it up on the computer and tells me no its clean but he will give me a new room if thats what I want.get in my new room settle in and head down for dinner. get sat for dinner by the rudest server ( Judy ) must be Erics
Mom.. ask Judy whats good for dinner she says the free snacks in the bar are good..and walks away. as I sat in this empty dining room No wonder its empty.. the chef walks by ( Paul ) asked how I was doing? I told him not good he stopped right in his tracks came right over and asked if there was anything he could do and he seemed to really care about what I had to say. he asked what I was having for dinner and recomended the special.. It was great! I asked Judy if I could speak to the chef after my dinner Judys reply was becareful that the chef is a real S.O.B.. chef Paul came out walked right to my table remembered my name and asked if everything was Okay . Told the chef what Judy had said about him and to my surprize he responded with " its okay as long as people like myself like him " he appologized for Judys comments gave me his card and said if there is anything I needed during my stay to call him direct. next morning wend down to front desk talked to a felisha? told her about the managers (eric ) attitude and she responded with a " I find that hard to belive " and rudely asked if there was anything else..
review: great looking hotel, close to everything but the worst service you will ever have the plus side The chef ( Paul ) is by far the jewel of this hotel the food is great and he is a great person at heart that trully cares about the customer. if your there ask to speak with him you will be happy that you did... as far as the rest of my stay the over all staff at this hotel is very poor VERY POOR. but if you can get past all the bad things there are a few dimonds in the rough..
