Kai Aloha Apartment Hotel, Honolulu

This was a charming place to stay in the heart of Waikiki Beach. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and it was very secure. The price was just right for those that weren't looking for a glitzy place. I would stay there again! Thanks for making my stay in Hawaii so enjoyable!

Small friendly hotel in close proximity to the beach, hotels, shops, PO etc. Rooms are old and basic, but clean and comfortable. If you want a room with a view and plan to stay inside most of the time you are in Honolulu, then this is probably not the best choice of accommodations for you. However, if you just want somewhere to lay your head, take a shower and rustle up some breakfast or a light meal, then I can definitely recommend the Kai Aloha Apartment Hotel. My husband and I plan on returning to Honolulu for another vacation and will have no hesitation booking a room at the Kai Aloha Apartment Hotel. Aloha!

First of all, the place is terrific, both in its location and in its style. The rooms have all the homey kinds of touches that quickly make one feel at home in this charming little hotel. The location - that is - where the hotel is situated in the Waikiki area - being a hop from the beach - and being on Saratoga Road - make its location first rate by any standard. Last of all, the proprietress of the hotel is both charming and delightful, as well as knowledgeable and helpful, making the entire package add up to one very warm and friendly stay in a slower paced, certainly less touristy, kinder Waikiki.
