Days Inn Milledgeville, Milledgeville

this hotel was excellent. i stayed for 3 days and couldnt have asked for a better rate. the room was fantastic. extremely surprising was how comfortable the bed was! i was not expecting that. the mini fridge and micro worked perfectly, and the ac unit and fridge ran nice and quiet assuring a good nights sleep. this hotel is on the main road, but is set so far back that you can't hear any road noise at all. the outdoor pool was nice and clean, although i didnt have the time to do more than dangle my feet. i also didnt wake up early enough to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The woman who worked the front desks in the morning was fantastic. she pointed me to the closest laundrymat when i asked, and also directed me to a fabulous italian restaurant, that i ended up ordering from twice in 3 days. everything there was exactly as it should have been, and i couldnt have expected any better than i recieved.

I was not pleased at all. This hotel was so fiflthy. There wernt towels in the rooms, and the bath tub had soap scum all around it. The employees acted like it was a pain to do anything for me.

I was very upset with this hotel. The rooms were nasty, we saw several roaches. There was hair in the shower, and the owner was very rude. I would not reccommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The whole hotel needs to be remodeled to the Days Inn Standard. How are they running as a Days Inn??????
