Holiday Inn Express Macon, Macon

Really enjoyed the clean rooms and the delicious hot breakfast. No better way to win my heart than a great nights sleep and a hot breakfast in the morning. Perfect stay!!!

I stayed at this hotel in May of 2009. While I was there I had poured some food coloring down the bathtub drain and it had stained. When contacted by Mr. Shah at the hotel I agreed to pay for the damage. When sent an estimate, I wrote a check to the tub repair company for the cost and sent the check to the hotel. I then began to get harrassed by Mr. Shah the following day bacause he wanted me to write the check out to him personally and then out to the hotel. This was after catching him in several lies about the repair date. I later called the tub company and was told by the owner that Mr. Shah had told him to send an estimate for one amount and then wanted him to do the job for over a hundred dollars cheaper. He wanted to keep the money. This gentleman has harrassed me everyday for over two weeks now and is threatening me with court. I have contacted the corporate office and am letting them handle the situation.

With my nephew in a coma and in ICU, my brother and sister-in law were exhausted! Rather than sleep in the trauma waiting room for a 2nd night, I urged them for us to find a hotel near The Medical Center of Middle Ga. What a blessing the Holiday Inn Ex was for them. We checked in and they immediately fell asleep on their queen-sized bed! They both took long, hot showers, and we were back at the ICU by 7:00. They have never been more appreciative or renewed. I thank your staff for all they did to make our short stay such a blessing to them. Judy, you were so kind and helpful to all us of when we checked in. Many, many thanks. The hotel is beautiful and so inviting.
