Horrible experience ever!!!

When I arrived at the hotel, they didn't honor my reservation I submitted online. They gave my room away, also took money from my account, and they were rude as if it was my fault. They had no concern for my feels by saying "Are you sure you made reservations with our hotel?" and
"Well, you should have checked to make sure it went through (when i had paper work and a confirmation number)." The manager and the staff was sarcastic about the situation. We end up staying in in a smoking room, I have allergies and my husband has asthma.We couldn't go in the room until 8:00 cause they had to clean and air the room out.
