We were on the parking lot end of the hotel with no security. Anyone can park and walk up to our door. In fact, they did. People were pounding on our door at 3:30 am saying that it was their room. This was a scary event for me (a mother) and a child. Our room was not cleaned one day. By 4:00 pm the next day, I called and they sent someone up. Beginning to think I unintentionally got the cheap seats (or hotel room in this case). It wasn't cheap though at $120 / night (including tax) during offseason.

I thought this place was perfect for our disney stay. The rooms were very clean and kept up well, maids came by daily and had the beds made and left more shampoo and towels for us. I was impressed for the price for sure we had comfy beds a nice LCD TV, the in room safe made me more comforterable to leave things in my room while gone. The huge dresser vanity was perfect and we also had a mini fridge that we filled with food from the local walmart not to far away. Pools we amazing and perfect!! Also have a nice hot tub and kiddie area in one of the pools. One was heated the other not so you could chose your pleasure. I really enjoyed our stay and would DEF go back!! the lobby was beautiful and had a very nice gift shop at the hotel. The buses came to shuttle to the parks every half an hour and soo glad we didnt have to drive or fuss with parking cost. Simply it was a impressive stay the staff was very pleasant and i couldnt of asked for much else :D Also you can walk right over to downtown disney its a pretty happening place and worth your time we went there almost every night after the parks!! Dont think any other hotel was that close to downtown disney!! Overall EXCELLENT stay couldnt of been Happier!! I read so bad reviews but Hey some people are picky i guess cuz this place is Great :D

They made us wait till 5pm to check in because the room wasnt ready. Day 2 room didnt get cleaned till 5pm. Never got replacement cups or bag for the ice. Take the stairs, you can never get on the elevator. Room keys didnt work 3 times in our 6 days. The pool ran out of towels everytime we went to the pool. Bus schedules change and if you miss the bus you have to wait at least 30 minutes. Pay the extra to stay at at a disney resort. We liked our room at the super 8 better.

This was the worst Wyndham hotel experience I have ever had dirty rooms housekeeping every 4 days towels with hair on them. registration was a disaster I was told that my credit card was declined three times and when I called the credit card company I was told that nothing had been ran on my card I had zero balance then i had them run the card with my cards customer service on the phone and I was told they were trying to authorize $1000 for a $300 hotel bill they said it was for incidentals but what incidentals theirs no mini bar just restaurants that are not that good. then transportation to the parks where 1 every hour for every park not the every 15 minutes they tell you, and when the park closes I had to wait an hour for a full bus from another park to arrive. I stayed 4 nights and it happened every night. the rooms smell and the door did not work properly spend 20 dollars more and stay across the street at the Hilton. I was not the only one with problems at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All of the staff members were very kind, caring, and friendly. Anything we needed we got within' a timely manner. We loved that we were able to walk to Downtown Disney. We did stay in a suite and would've like to have seen some sort of utensils for us to use. However, when we called room service they were more than willing to bring us some. We would stay here time and time again!

Upon arriving at hotel, the disappointments began - from the rude valet person, to the inadequate front desk service, to intruding housekeeping, to rude managers, to noisy rooms...must I go on about the atrocity that was my stay this past weekend of November. Not only did they not try to rectify the situation, but I was given the option to find another hotel - at my expense! NEVER AGAIN will I stay at this hotel. This is supposed to be a Wyndham resort - save yourself - Stay anywhere else! Horrific experience. NEVER AGAIN!

Don't be fooled by the description or pictures, this is the worst resort in Orlando. When we arrived the resort had no air conditioning. Great for Florida in the middle of summer. The front dest staff are just nasty. The room air did not work properly so the room was damp, hot, and stinky. We told that to the desk and were moved to a room that had the same problem and had a view of a smoke stack/roof. The windows were always dirty and fogged, but just as well as our view was terrible anyway. The parking is a very long distance from the rooms. The coffee in the rooms is undrinkable it is like water no matter how it is made. You must beg for it as well they never restock. The bed was never properly made. The bottom sheet are never tucked in and are not fitted. They were also the wrong size for our queen size bed. The bed was always damp so it felt like we were sleeping in cold damp water with unfitted sheets each night. Ice maker on our floor did not work therefore we had to go between floors for ice. Reported all these issues to the desk and were basically told there was nothing they could do and all the other rooms were booked. There are hundreds of better resorts and hotels available for the price we paid. The bus transportation was so slow you could walk to Disney faster. The in resort prices for food and drink are the highest of all the resorts and the food was not good at all. No matter what price they offer this resort at is a rip off. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE!!!!!!!!I have been trying to speak with a manager for weeks they do not respond to emails or return phone calls!!Again, there are far better choices in the area. RUN AWAY!!!!

A great property.An excellent buy. (I did not stay in the tower.) Best matress and pillows! Room fan stays on in summer months or Fl humidity collects on bathroom ceiling (its the weather, not the hotel, folks.) I came for Disney and had excellent transportation to theme parks. Buses, ferries, monorail-all free. Solo travelers should take Disney bus from airport to hotel. Cab fair almost $60. Hotel has lobby computers for printing out boarding passes. Can pick up city bus to airport for $2 from transportation center, but only works if you dont fly out noon or later. Hotel has hostess assinged to front of hotel in the morning for busy bus pick up. She had activities for children and prevented line jumping, which was never a problem, but it set the tone for civility. I would love to stay here again for these prices for a Disney property!

This is perhaps one of the most disapointing stays I have ever had at a hotel! The Heating/Cooling unit "Screamed" all night ... to the extent where I requested a different room for the 2nd night of my two night stay! The room I was relocated to had been unclean, where as there had been pubic hair washed along the shower/bath stall and walls! In addition, I had stated my concerns to a manager named [...] and he said he would check my account and get back to me (he never got back to me). I had booked a room with a view to the Disney Park and was placed on the other side of the hotel. The staff at all levels are looking for tips even for the least amount of effort! Finally, the floor plan is difficult and not easy to nogotiate! My recommendation for this "Regal Experience" is to pass it by!

Make sure you live in the tower room. We stayed in the tranditional room first. The room is small, there is no separate bathroom/shower room(just a slide door in between). In the second day, the water was running down from the bathroom celing light fixture. Luckily no one in the bathroom. We got immidiate change to a tower room. A little better. We will not come back to this hotel again.
