Poor service and fraudulent charges

The hotel is located in a beautiful beach, but has outdated amenities and horrible customer service at the check-in desk. Not only did they lose our reservation, not have our early check-in request, and make us wait 1 hour to check-in, but they also TRIPLE-charged us! I had specifically asked them about my check since they had mistakenly showed us as a no-show for our reservation, and they guaranteed me that we were only being charged once. Not only did they charge my credit card 3 times but they also charged it for a higher rate than the receipt they issued me. Their phone lines are always busy and so I can't even get in touch with them to try to fix the issue. Hopelessly below-average customer service and broken if not fraudulent business model.
