Won't be staying here the next time
By ,
The bathroom were super tiny. We requested to have our rooms side by side and they put us on two seperate floors. My daughter has a medical condition and I requested a fridge ahead of time, we finally got it two days after we got there, 10:30 on the night before we checked out. There were clothes in the bathroom from previous guests. Our feet would get dirty from walking on the carpets. The free breakfast was next to nothing some bread, danish, cold boiled eggs and maybe a waffle. The tv was fuzzy. The pool was nice.

Great for price!
By ,
We were looking for somewhere to stay in St. Augustine that was cheaper than the places Downtown. We came across this Ramada and for the price, we had to book it. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was in need of resurfacing/painting, but worked fine. The free breakfast included pankcakes, danish, bagels, cereal, toast, and fruit. I think the only problem we had were with the other hotel guests' lack of etiquette in a public setting-these people were horribly rude. But that's not anything that reflects on the hotel itself. Loved it! Will definetly consider this place again. It's only 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, so it's worth saving the money!!!

Will never go back
By ,
The place needs major bath renovations. Our room cards were deactivated after 1 night and we had to go back to the office to get that fixed. When we got into the room we discovered that the room had been "cleaned" but we had no towels or wash cloths and the coffee was left in the pot from that morning. When we called the office for towels we were told we could come get them! That night when I turned down my bedspread there was a bug crawling across the bed. The continental breakfast was geared for those on a very high carb diet and the orange juice (from a machine) was 75% water. Never again will I set foot in that hotel.

stinky / musty / moldy
There is an awful odor...smells musty, moldy but room was clean...staff at hotel gave us room spray to try to help with the odor..when we went to yankeee candle outlet to purchase something for the odor the store clerk informed us we were the second ones in there for that reason....toilet drips and had to hold the handle down to flush it....cost $ 159 for one night....very dissappointed

THE GROSSEST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN!!!
By ,
This place was disgusting. Our beds were broken in our first room, there was no phone and the bathroom was so filthy you could write your name in the scum on the bathtub! After asking for (and receiving) another room that was worse (if you can imagine that) we had to leave. Our second room had a ceiling that was half patched from water damage no pillow cases on the skeezy pillows and a colony of ants lived in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. We ended up going across the street to the Hamilton Inn and for 15 dollars more a night we got clean rooms, good service and a place we could comfortably stay without worring about getting disentary or an STD! The "Limited" in the title means limited sanitation! I've stayed in hotels in Cambodia that were nicer!
