We will never return

When we went to check in, they did not have my reservations. They were not able to accommodate me at the hotel. They called for another hotel which was about 10 mins from where I originally was suppose to stay for opening. When I arrived they were not able to give me the rate I was suppose to pay because I did not book it in advance. The lady was the desk was nasty and rude. She did not care that it was the hotels mistake and not mine. I stayed one night and it was horrible. The room had a bad odor to it and the hallways were hot, they had fans to keep the building cool which did not help. They were not able to keep the food coming during breakfast, we had to wait for the coffee and oj to be refilled. There is also not enough sitting area to accommodate the guest.

Great Value/ Excellent Service

We just got home from a vacation in Orlando and could not wait to write a review. First the customer service was exceptional. I did not get what I asked for when I made my reservations( I had asked for 1st floor), which made me a little upset, but to be honest, the way we were treated from the front desk, the gentleman at the information booth, the ladies that were doing laundry who stopped to say good morning and pet our little dog, to the man that was emptying the huge thing of trash. Each one stopped, said hello, with a smile. If you have a pet or not, this is the place to stay. Reasonable rates, good value. Thank you for helping to make our vacation a little more like being home! The only thing I could criticize is it could be a tad cleaner, dont get me wrong, it was not dirty, Im just very picky about my bathrooms! Stricklands Room 408

Would recommend to family and friends!

My husband, our 100+ Lb. dog and I stayed in this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The service was FANTASTIC!!! I asked for more coffee, tons of extra cream and sugar for the coffee maker in the room. They were more than gracious and accommodated our request quickly. Check out was at noon and I called to ask if they could extend the time. They extended our check out time until 2:00 at no additional charge. The room was CLEAN, smelled clean and the AC was already on when we went into our room. We were close to everything and in a very nice area. A++++++

DISNEY VACATION

it was an ok stay for the most part because we tried not to be at the hotel.when we first got there our bathtub had a ring of dirt and fungus around it, service? What service!!  we would go to the desk and it was like we were invisible most of the times. Also please pictures don't present what things really are, the pool! Pool? Well a little too small for all the people they had staying there, we only got in once and it was late at night, not to mention with a two year old  and a seven year old, not healthy nor cleaned; it had like dirt, and some kind of green fungus growing on the walls of the pool, so as fast as we went in we walked back to our room.

I stayed at the hotel in 2005. It was wonderful, the staff was so nice. We arrived in the a.m. and without a reservation. Our reservation was at a scary hotel on I drive that had false pictures on the internet. We had been on the road 14 hours and were exhausted. We were accomodated and felt very safe here. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Tara L. Curole

Excellent!!

We were so impressed by everything about this inn. The rooms and pool were spotless and the staff could not have been more welcoming. We were also pleasantly suprised at how good the breakfast was. Would recommend la quinta to anyone for a great vacation!

Very Pet Friendly

If you travel with pets, this is a great place to stay. We have six yorkies and the hotel has no problem with number or weight. The rooms are huge and very clean. Location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed five nights and was very pleased. Great value.

Beautiful Resort

Opon our arrival the resort location was not far from the main street in near all the shopping. The resort was beautiful with plenty of staff to welcome you with a warm southern smile. Our room was very spacious with a variety of tropical colors to really make you feel like your in florida. We had a small kitchen area which was nice for late night snack after all the shopping and theme parks. But the best part of all was the breakfast buffet. It was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!
