A very convenient place to stay
To me, it offered good value for the money, and the shuttle service is great. Good shopping and eating close by. Staff does its best to accomodate you, and the whole hotel has a homey feel.
The only downsides to my time staying there ( and there have been many) is the maintenance department and the pet policy. On one occasion, the room I was assigned to had no clothes hangersin the closet. I called the front desk about it and a very nice, english-speaking lady came right away to assess the problem. I explained the problem and she told me she would send someone with hangers right away. She sent someone as promised, but the guy didnt speak English, and I couldnt make him understand what I wanted. So I had to go back out to the front desk, and the lady then came with the guy to translate and explain what I wanted. Overall, I thought it was alot of work to get a few hangers. Maintenance staff should speak English, in my opinion.
As far as pets go, I understand the hotel allows pets, but I dont think they should be allowed in public areas or in the area where people are eating breakfast. Also, when I stay in an inside room I'll often walk barefoot to the vending machines. However, doing so now will get you a foot-ful of cat hair. These areas need to be looked at and improved upon.
But all that being said, there are alot more pros than cons to this hotel, and I would stay there again.
