Marriotts Crystal Shores, Marco Island

The kitchenette made the difference for this hotel. The grounds were pretty nice, and everything was "pretty nice", but the kitchen feature and room inside the hotel was nice to have! Easy to make a sandwich and go to the beach rather than eat every meal out. If you are into beatifully manicured grounds, try the Marriott or Hilton, but you'll pay more money.

I love this place. I come from Minnesota, and this place was absolutely magnificent. They have 4 restaurants right inside the hotel area (Pizza, Dining, Casual dining, and a bar/cocktail place). Landscaping was beautiful. Only place I've been to where there was actually a courtyard in the dead center of the hotel (hotel is a circular shape with opening in the middle) with palmtrees, shrubs, fountains, etc. Beautiful. Our room was awesome too. Our cleaning lady had to be one of the nicest ladies I have ever met (If the radisson reads this: Paulete is awesome!!) The people that work here really seem like they love working here, which made it feel like it was a big family and not just a place to stay. There really wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel. A+

Price is high. Rooms are old. Beach is lovely. If I go back, I want more for $350 a night!!!

great location, great beach, nice pool, good pool bar but it closes a little early. staff very helpful. just got back from a weeks stay, this was our 3rd stay there and would go back again.

The rooms are very nice, the beach is great, but had horrible experience at the only on site bar and grill Stilt. We were told this place was great by the manager. After a great day at the beach, a little leasure in the pool we dicided to have a fancy drink or 2. I am 45 my wife is 36. After being carded and having to go to the room get get ID's we were served a drink at the bar. We were told it was management policy to ID anyone looking under 30. We decided to get a table to enjoy our drinks and maybe something to eat. When asked if we could sit at a table, the waiter asked if we were going to eat lunch. We were not sure if we were going to eat and it was 2:30 and only 3 of the tables were taken but he said the tables were for eating costomers (management policy). At $10 a drink I would have spent more on drinks then any lunch. Really was inpressed by the resort by management needs work. Staff was friendly everywhere but Stilts!!!!!!!!

We spent the weekend of Jan 14-15 2005. The locaation and hotel amenities were great. Our suite, however, was anything but!! Beat up walls, dirty carpet and furniture. Very disapointing, especially for the price.

We just got back from a few days at The Radison in Marco Island!! We returned after a few years absence and everything was as beautiful as we remembered!! The Hotel was clean, wonderfully decorated for the Holidays and our room was clean, comfortable and we had a very nice stay!! We could tell there had been alot of necessary re-modeling done to the Hotel and we feel it was a very good job of re-modeling!! We did have a problem with the plumbing in our room on the 7th floor but when it could not be fixed quickly, the management moved us to another room immediately and the 2nd room was just wonderful with no plumbing problems!! We love Marco Island and we will always go back to stay in the Radison which is also very affordable compared to the other local Hotels. Also, the food at the restaurant and the Poolside restaruant wsa suberb and also reasonably priced! We even enjoyed a room service breakfast one morning! Thank you to the Radison Staff for a wonderful 32nd Wedding Anniversary vacation!!

Thats about all I can say but believe me....it ruined our trip.

We stayed at the Radisson from July 9th-16th 2005. We had the two bedroom suite on the 12th floor.We had 8 people in the room and were not crowded. The room was fine , it was cleaned everyday. The hotel was easy to find from the airport. Lots of resteraunts to choose from close to the hotel. Two of our favorites were Bimini's and Five Brothers Pizza. The pool was great and the beach was just a very short walk from the pool. Nobody in our group was disappointed with our stay and would go back anytime !!

I truly loved the size of the suite and it's gorgeous views overlooking the pool and beach. The bright colors made you feel good and happy, although you could of used more mirrors in the living room area. The staff was very curteous and friendly. Looking forward to booking my next trip to Marco Island.
